Get the vehicle ready

1. All lights, head light, tail lamp, right/left indicator lights
2. Horn, speedometer, fuel indicator and others if any

Fill the RTO form online
pay green tax
Get the papers, vehicle and visit RTO for vehicle fitness test
The inspector will check the papers and the vehicle, and stamp your application with tested stamp.
Later go to office and submit the papers to the Inspector who tested your vehicle.
